Apologies for the corny title but I always feel that St Valentines day marks the end of the winter hibernation period and the real beginning of a new year. We hope to make more and more connections with you, the people who enjoy our smoothies and juices.

We'll also be posting little promos like free fruit smoothies or juices if you see our vans and greet us with the greeting of the day, which we'll post on twitter.
As we get closer to the Heineken Cup Quarter Final on 10th April in Thomond Park we'll have some tickets to give away so keep your eyes peeled if you're a rugby fan. We'll also have some tickets for the crunch derby game vs Leinster the weekend of the 3rd April.
The Munster guys are still enjoying Wild Orchard smoothies as part of their nutritional programme and long may it continue.
